Procut has been designed and developed in-house by Esprit since 1986 and incorporates the knowledge and experience that only a machine manufacturer can accrue. Procut has been designed specifically for flat bed cutting applications and in addition to plasma and flame cutting can now support laser and waterjet. Procut CAD/CAM software has comprehensive drawing facilities, flexible CAD import capabilities and powerful automatic and interactive nesting systems. Remnant plate management, 3-D shape development and many options can be specified to tailor the Procut system for any flat bed cutting application. The latest version of Procut has full Hypertherm Truehole support for optimal hole cutting with HyPerformance Plasma.

Powerful shape and 3D development libraries save hours when producing complex 3D parts. A complex offset square-to-round transformer can be accurately developed out in seconds.

Trueshape automatic nesting in Procut can increase material utilisation by as much as 30%. Parts are nested within parts, wildcard parts can be specified for the ultimate nest prior to producing accurate machine specific CNC programs with full process optimisation.
