The JWT spiral elbow line produces Spiral elbows from material in coil. Theses elbows are produced automatically with production cycle time as low as 18 seconds per piece. The entire width of the coil is used so there is no material waste.
The JWT Spiral Elbow Line is available in three model the SEL-300, SEL-450 and SEL-600. Elbow centerline radius can be changed from 1 to 1,5 times elbow diameter. This change is made by keyboard entry at the machines PLC.

MODEL SEL-300:

Model SEL-300 for the production of Spiral elbows from coil.
Minimum elbow diameter 100mm/ 4 inches.
Maximum elbow diameter 315 mm/12inches.
Elbow centerline radius adjustable 1-1,5 x dia.
Material thickness galvanized mild steel 0,5 mm/0,20” coil.
Power requeriments 30 KVA (220V, 60 Hz, 3Ph).
Floor area requeriments (LxWxH) 10M x2,3Mx 2,3M.
Changeover of elbow diameter (approximate) 20-30 minutes.
Changeover of centerline radius by input at PLC control.

Floor area requeriments (LxWxH) 10M x2,3Mx 2,4M.
Changeover of elbow diameter (approximate) 20-30 minutes.
